Do you have old electronic items that you want to get rid of?

JEVS Human Services is partnering with PCs for People for “Anything With a Plug,” a free recycling event for your old electronic items (anything under 50lbs). Your used technology will be picked up, securely wiped, and put to good use in our community, all at no cost to you.

Accepted Items:

• Desktop & Laptop Computers
• Keyboards & Mice
• Hard Drives & Memory
• Power Cords & Cables
• Modems & Routers
• Servers & Network Equipment

There will also be Digital Navigators onsite to help you apply to see if you qualify for a discounted refurbished laptop from PCs for People’s just in time for back to school!

Eligibility requirements (must be available day of):

• Photo identification
• Documentation of current enrollment in an income-based government assistance program OR documentation of current household income (60% of area median income)
  Please note, we do not require proof of citizenship.

Bonus: take a tour of Orleans Technical College’s building trades and healthcare programs and meet with their admissions team to ask any questions you have about their in-demand skills training programs.
