Orleans Technical College Graduates Philadelphia’s First Electronic Technician Upskilling Cohort

Orleans Technical College, a program of JEVS Human Services, partnered with the City of Philadelphia to launch its inaugural upskilling program for Electronic Technicians. The first cohort, consisting of five city employees from the Airport, Water, and Streets departments, completed six months of hybrid training, acquiring advanced electronics industry skills and qualifying for higher-level positions.
