Role at Orleans Tech:
My role is to ensure students and parents are aware of all grants, scholarships, and other aid available prior to applying for loans. I also, make sure my staff and I consistently follow all federal, state, local, and accreditation regulations. We deliver resourceful, courteous, and reliable services.
How do you fulfill the Orleans and JEVS (parent organization) missions in “making hope happen” for each student that trains with us:
Our commitment to quality customer is key. I encourage my staff to make “Making Hope Happen” everyday by “being the reason someone feels welcomed, seen, heard, valued, and supported.”
A good day at Orleans Tech is when…
We have a full class of students eager to learn and they are satisfied with their financial aid packages”. The best day is graduation ceremony when students and parents come to greet us and say, “thank you”!
